Tau-En Chien is a Taiwanese born performer and co-founder of RTH Casting, with over 15 years of experience in the theatre industry. As a singer, dancer and actor, he has performed in major productions including The Lion King, Aladdin, Miss Saigon, Cats and at Hong Kong Disneyland. His work has taken him across the UK, Europe and Asia, giving him a broad and in depth understanding of the industry on an international scale. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of roles such as swing, fight captain and dance captain. All providing him with a strong, practical insight into what it takes to work successfully in the industry.

Tau-En is passionate about using his experience to support and guide the next generation of performers. Through his work with RTH Casting, he is committed to helping move the industry forward by creating meaningful opportunities and supporting talent from all backgrounds. His goal is to help create an industry where everyone feels welcome, supported and has a fair chance to succeed.
