RTH Casting is a fresh, independent casting company, with over 30 years of combined experience performing on West End stages and internationally. We understand what it takes to bring out the best in every actor and to create auditions that feel professional, welcoming and supportive.

As a team of POC, we’re particularly committed to inclusive, thoughtful casting and representation of performers who reflect the diversity of the world outside the audition room. We work closely with creative teams to find the right people for every project, focusing on an efficient and collaborative process that respects both performers and production teams.
